Vienna

While investigating a Backward Chaining tip, I decided to settle with Vienna (for the time being) as my feed reader of choice for the Mac OS. A few reasons for my decision:
- Vienna is free, fast, and lightweight.
- Subscription synchronization across multiple clients/platforms using the NewsGator is getting slow and the yearly service fee of $25 (roughly) just doesn’t seem worth it anymore.
- I found that I wasn’t using the iPhone capabilities due to the fact that “clipping” news articles didn’t work as I had hopped because my personal news bins are never recognized. This defeats the whole purpose in my opinion.
- NetNewsWire is not the same experience on the Mac OS as Feed Demon on Windows. I would prefer Feed Demon but don’t want to use Windows anymore.
